These screws are very hard to source here in the UK but this US supplier has them http://www.laptopscrews.com/HDD.htm
look down the bottom of the page they do ( 6-32 x 3/16 ) flat head counter sunk HDD screws 3/16 = 4.7625mm long so should work fine
