Fan for ReadyNAS RN314

Since the latest beta firmware for my NAS unit supports fan adjustments can anyone here recommend a quieter fan replacement? sounds like a 767-300 about to takeoff Cheers

have u set the fan speed to "quiet" instead of "cool" under the control box in performance tab?

Yes, but I have had to replace 2 of the 4 drives over the last year as the model drives I have run hot, especially the 2 middle ones, so need to increase the cooling!!

  which nas model u are talking about?
  
  u can always attach an external fan to the rear of the unit
