Will this work?
The Crucial memory it is equivalent to works in your NAS, so the A-tech should work too.

I am looking for between 4gb min (preferable) and the max which I believe is 8gb. I purchaced a 4gb stick of ram from ebay which I thought would work, but after installing and turning it on, it sat there saying Readynas on the screen and didn't change. I put the old ram in and all is good again. The ram I purchased was Hynix 4GB 2Rx4 PC2-6400P-666-12 with model HYMP151P72CP4-S6 AB
Compatible 4 GB modules are expensive and hard to find. Quoting Sandshark (https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Cloud-Storage/Rndp6000/m-p/2064465#M12681)

RAM must be unbuffered, non-ECC, and of 2Rx8 configuration (also sometimes called "low density"), not 2Rx4 (sometimes called "high density" or labeled "AMD Only"). 4GB modules of that type are hard to find and expensive because computers that used them typically had 32-bit OSes limited to 4GB of RAM, so there was little market for them
