Garbage product
I've place 2 ReadyNAS 312s at client locations. The ReadyNAS Remote agent was a feature that looked promising and is very needed at both clients.
Testing before delivering them to my clients went fine.
Shortly after going live, constant problems appeared, Remote would fail to connect and the NAS would go offline.
I just called support and had a most unpleasant experience, rude technician. He could care less about support.
Also I was told that since September, the ReadyNAS Remote server are not stable and there's no ETA for a repair.
If this isn't resolved soon I'll be forced to return these and go with a different vendor.
