Gearhead one time support
I have an issue with my readynas 314 and have tried all options to repair it. It was due to a firmware issue which I believe caused a few others the same problem.
My question is, how do I get one time telephone support? I can see there are options for 6 and 12 month contracts, but no option for one time?
Anyone know how to resolve this?

If you are the original purchaser of the RN314, support should be able to offer you the PPI (pay-per-incident) support contract over the phone. You may send to me the serial number of your RN314 and your contact information via PM (private message). I will check if I can endorse you to the proper support team.

Unfortuantley this has not been resolved. I did get a call from netgear and they agreed to help me out, though they were not able to take payment from me due to a card read error. I am still waiting for them to get back to me.
