General Feedback on 6.2.3/6.2.4

Since upgrading to 6.2.4 my RN104 crashes/locks up/stops responding/etc almost every single day. Pulling the power plug is the only option.
I have been reading on the different issues and at this point I think going back to 6.2.2 is my best bet...however, either I am blind or my google-fu is bad but I cannot seem to find the procedure and firmware to do it.
I don't want to spend too much time trying to retrieve logs and other troubleshooting...the NAS will almost always fail when I am not around to reset it and then it causes problems. I just want a stable firmware running...is that too much to ask? LOL
