I have two rackmount units currently, a RN2120 and a RN3130.
The drive tray screws come with the NAS. Did you buy the NAS new or second hand?

From memory (it's been a while since I got a new unit) the drive tray screws typically are either in a bag taped to one of the drive trays or in a bag included with the documentation that came with the unit.
It can vary from model to model. There are so many NAS models that I don't think anyone would have got them all.
Rackmount units have an easily removable lid at the top that you can unscrew and take off. Perhaps that will help you with removing the disk that is stuck.
