Can you provide your source?
Personally I see more value in charts that show specific models - there is a lot of variation. Backblaze does provide useful data on the specific drives that they use: https://www.backblaze.com/blog/hard-drive-benchmark-stats-2016/ Unfortunately they don't use Seagate Ironwolf models or WDC Red Pros.
Their stats show lower numbers for WDC than yours (also for Seagate).

This was data provided by Backblaze and i believe they use 4TB drives mainly due to cost per GB and yes you are right they dont mention specific drives i still think the data is of value i do use Red Pro at the mo and plan when necessary to upgrade to Iron Wolf Pro 10TB i do see there is already a 12TB HGST Ultrastar
