Health shows UPS not present
When I first attached my ups it showed up as ok in the health status on front view. We even had one power outage and it worked great shutting down the unit. Anyhow, now, the health status page says UP...
Could you try clearing your web browser cache (e.g. Temporary Internet Files)?
