HELP - Lost the shares & volumes (Case #17926114)
I'm hoping one of the experts can help me on this:
I have a customer who has a NV+ running Radiator 4.1.8. They apparently lost a drive a couple of months back, but neglected to replace it right away.
The NV+ was still accessible on 3 drives. The NV+ was shutdown yesterday & restarted, but when it came up, it looks like the volume got corrupted. Now they can't access their shares.
Is there any chance of recovering the volume?
