Help ReadyNas Duo v1 - Unable to connect after power down

- Just to follow up this thread. I tried a few free recovery options but they didn't work and although recovered data, due to the file storage or RAID, the movie and music files were segmented. In the end I had success with R Studio, a recommendation from Botts Thoughts. It's not a free service but it was user friendly and fast. Thanks again.

No there.definitely was not a C and D volume visible , so must have been a RAID on it!
Will try reading the disk when I get a spare few.minutes. Cheers
