ReadyCloud is not available for your NAS.
https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/admin whould let you log into the web ui - but you will need to know the admin password.
You can reset that password using the boot menu options - but those options do depend a bit on the exact model you have. I am thinking its a v1, but you can confirm that by reviewing this article: http://www.rnasguide.com/2012/01/09/how-to-tell-whether-i-have-a-duo-v1-or-duo-v2-or-nv-v1-or-nv-v2/

Cool
Got to the admin page with a provided password , are there any firmware updates for my NAS to improve performance ?
Are there any Cloud updates?

Current firmware for a v1 NAS is 4.1.14 (there is also an old 4.1.15-T3 beta that has a couple of additional security patches). Current firmware for the v2 is 5.3.11 (with a 5.3.12 beta here).
I'm not sure if the betas will ever be released, as Netgear has shifting everything to OS 6.
You should be able to use the Ready Remote VPN to access the NAS remotely, but ReadyCloud is only for OS 6 - which your older NAS isn't able to run.

According to the Ready NAS webpage ; we are on the following firmware
2011/10/10 12:28:17, 0] nmbd/nmbd_become_lmb.c:become_local_master_stage2(396) [1.00a043]
Is this most recent ? What improvements are there on firmwares?
