How do I tell if it's the Nas or disks that are broken
My 80yo neighbour has a Nas with all his Flac music on. It's not working and I am trying to work out why.
A few few years ago I replaced one of the discs successfully.
The unit Is on and I can find it with Radiator. But I can't login. Says page not found.
Is is there a sequence of steps to check if it's the unit or one/both of the discs. I have tried taking them out and putting them in one at a time and watching the flashing lights but confused.
Any my help would be great.

Try install RAIDar on a PC, it should give you some more status information.

i did that and i says it has a corrupt boot. i can only see this if i have disk 1 in only.
With two disks in it will not start and i cant see it via Raidar. the power light just flashes blue

Which model shows in RAIDar?
Do you recall which firmware this unit was running?
