Well it is not good for moving new folders. It uses too much CPU, so the performance is not great.

Rsync is great if you are updating a folder because it only updates the files that have changed. However, if you are copying a new folder, you get much better performance with NFS.
General advice is to create an initial backup job that uses NFS, and then run it. After that, edit the backup job to use Rsync instead.
