Just 4GB instead of 2TB
Hi,
I just received my ReadyNas Duo v2 with an internal DD (2TB) (You could see here the offer: http://www.rueducommerce.fr/Peripheriques-Reseaux-wifi/Reseaux/NAS/NETGEAR/4861133-Serveur-de-stockage-Rnd2000-V2-ReadyNAS-Duo-1-disque-dur-2000-Go.htm)
So I have installed my disc and I launch the configuration.
All was good. But when I want to put some data on the disc, it tells me that I have not enough space.
I used SSH and df -H and I saw that on /dev/md0 I have 4.3 GB instead of the 2 TB!
However in Health, I have this: MD20000-ALDW-RO 1863 GB (39 °C, Write-cache On). Status: OK
I have the: RAIDiator 5.3.4 firmware
X-RAID2
What could I do?
Thanks a lot

- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee Retired/dev/md0 is the OS partition.
You should also see /dev/c/c the data volume listed. Do you not see the data volume listed? - ReadytuxAspirantWhen I use mount, I just see teh /dev/md0.
I have a folder call c but this folder in the OS partition - mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredLooks like the data volume isn't mounted for some reason.
What do you see in RAIDar (http://www.readynas.com/downloads) when you hover the mouse over the volume LED? - ReadytuxAspirantWell in RAIDar I have nothing in statut volume, in statut disques I have a green light (canal 1: MD20000-ALDW-RO 1863 GB) and Statut ASI is missing
- mdgm-ntgrNETGEAR Employee RetiredDoesn't look like your disks are on the Hard Disk HCL.
Are you able to try with disks on the list?
Perhaps try a factory default: http://www.readynas.com/kb/faq/boot/how_do_i_use_the_boot_menu - ReadytuxAspirantYes I know but when I bought it they didn't say what disc it was
I'm trying the factory default - ReadytuxAspirantIt doesn't change anything!
Well I think that the disc isn't support.
I haven't another internal disc (that's why I toke this offer).
They sell a NAS and a disc but they don't fit! (And they give no information about the disc They are really stupid! ) - PapaBear1ApprenticeUnfortunately that is an all too common practice. When ever I see a listing like that, I always look to see the make and model of the disk. If they don't show it, it's a bad sign. I don't know if you have any recourse against them for advertising and selling a disk with an NAS, but won't work in it. Worst case if you have a desktop PC, it should work in there.
