And you know the battery is fine how? The usual cause for this is that the UPS is reporting a low battery, whether or not it really is, not something within the NAS. Most UPS will continue to power the attached devices fine with a bad battery as long as the power stays on.

Display on the UPC itself says full battery. I'll see if I can identify anything via command line, possibly move to another of my ReadyNAS to see if I get the same behavior there.

Moving it to another NAS would be a good way to see if it's the NAS or the UPS. While the display says the battery is good, it could be sending out sporadic bad data on USB. If it is the NAS and you want to return it to that NAS, deleting the UPS and letting it be re-installed might help.

Delete and reinstall didn't help, I tried that before posting. I'll have to check to see if I still have a NAS on 6.10.4 that didn't take the upgrade yet.

I'm not sure what caused this, but I plugged the UPS into several other ReadyNas without issue. Plugged back into the original showing the warnings and it has been running without issues for over a day now.
