macOS Big Sur can not login to ReadyNASRND4000

OK, Im back.
I found a solution for me. Not based on my knowledge but more fortunately.
The fix is to re-enable this authentication method on the Mac. For those who are technically-minded, all you need do is removed “DHCAST128” from the list of disabled uams in /Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppleShareClient.plist, which you can achieve by re-writing that key by issuing the following command at a prompt:
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.AppleShareClient afp_disabled_uams -array “Cleartxt Passwrd” “MS2.0” “2-Way Randnum exchange”
