You could also try installing r-linux for windows on the PC, and using the Sabrent adapter with disk 1 of the duo.

I'm trying an equivalent of R-Linux for OS X called PhotoRec.
When it asks me this, how do I know which disk is my NAS SATA (Linux Ext3/4 filesystem)? None of these look like the right capacity.
