Genie username/passwords do not work. Clicking create account from the frontview takes you to your readynas IP on port 5050 but nothing is there.
Cannot enable remote access and by proxy readydrop. Enabling remote access for me does the slider and no errors, but readydrop doesn't become available to enable and when you refresh the page remote access is still disabled.
Im actually working with netgear tech support right now on these. my case number is 19432987
edit: case number may be 19433734, not sure as they couldn't find the first one when i called back.
