Move disks from NV+ to Duo?
My friend has an NV+ which won't start after a lightning storm last month. Can I move the two 500 GB disks from the NV+ into my Duo so we can access the data? Both ReadyNAS' are Sparc-based and run 4....

There are currently three architectures:
Sparc e.g Duo/NV+ (v1)
x86 e.g. Ultra/Pro
arm e.g. Duo/NV+ (v2)
You can migrate disks between devices on the same architecture only. So migration from a Pro Pioneer to an Ultra 2 would be possible provided you only have two disks installed in the Pro Pioneer.
Sparc e.g Duo/NV+ (v1)
x86 e.g. Ultra/Pro
arm e.g. Duo/NV+ (v2)
