My ReadyNas Duo (V1) failed...

Hello,
I am having a similar issue. A power interruption appears to have corrupted the start-up on my ReadyNAS Duo V1. The unit will not complete a full boot to ready. It appears in RAIDar sometimes but is not accessible on the network and drops out or disappears as soon as a connection is attempted. The drives appear to be fine. Several support calls and attempts to reset and reboot the unit have had no success.
Currently I would like to just get the data off the drives.
The above post suggests there is a procedure to recover data. Support has not been able to provide this to me up to this time. As stated it is all I want to do. Get the Data. I have repeatedly told support I just want to get the data off the drives. They have not given me any advice or help to do this even after repeated requests
Don't want to fix the unit just want the data.
Can someone give me a link to or list the procedure to get the data off the disks? It is in a RAID 1 config.
Thank You in advance
