My ReadyNAS RN104 was full, but data balance procces started then stopped
Hi ReadyNAS community,
I am in trouble for a week with my ReadyNAS 4x4 TB. It was full, about 97/98% full. But a week ago, data balance has started.
As it was long, and i dind't know/see what it did, i press 4 times power button, but nothing happens.
In fact, there is a text displayed on lcd menu :
DEL_RELOC_ROOT +28
I check with Raidar, with admin panel on rn104 local website, Volume is gone.
On boot menu, i choose Read-only menu, but, no volume.
On Raidad, i can see volume Raid5 inactive 10.9 TB used on 10.9 TB storage.
What can i do now ?
All 4 Smart infos are correct.
I would like to not loose these datas. Some are backuped, another datas no.
Thanks for your help

You could try paid support, they might be able to get your volume mounted. Netgear also offers a data recovery service. ( https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service )
Another option is to try data recovery software like ReclaiMe ( https://www.reclaime.com/ ) You would need to connect all the disks to a PC (perhaps using USB adapters or docks).

Not good. You really shouldn't push BTRFS over 90%.

Thanks for your answer.
About storage size, I could see that the performances went from worse to worse, but i didn't know that Netgear OS started a dangerous process for my data.
With some btrfs commands, i can see this, but i am not confident. About pay support, i have not this money now, and not the time to do this. Even if i know that i could recover some datas with their help. I wait for a few days, and will do a new Raid 5 array, with less data. Thanks
