NAS needs manually restarting whenever reboot command is sent

Model: ReadyNAS 4312

Whenever this NAS is restarted through the web interface it fails to come back online, the only way to get it working again is to manually force another restart by disconnecting it from the power.

I have been through the exported logs but they don't show anything useful, just lots of logs like this that show the reboot taking place and then nothing is logged until it boots up after manually being restarted

-- Reboot --
Feb 04 07:29:09 NASNAME kernel: Initializing cgroup subsys cpuset

The NAS is running 6.10.2

    Welcome to the Community!

Have you checked your volume capacity? or have you checked for any btrfs errors or any unusual errors? If you want you can send me a link to download your logs so we can check.

    Many thanks!
