Pease i have problem with shares folder, the shares folder can not be shown in the shares tab, but when i access from run i will see all the shares folder

Do you have the same issue when you access the admin page on a different web browser or computer? May I know also the current firmware version of the NAS?

Were you able to see the share folders after the NAS was reset to factory default?
