Judging by the screenshot it seems that the user IDs are not mapped to a name on the NAS. As Marc_V said, is the NAS successfully joined to AD?
If it is joined, can you try and re-import users and groups from AD (click "Refresh ADS Accounts" button).

And if you aren't using AD, then you needed to create the NAS usernames and groups on the new NAS. It'll be a fair amount of work to remap the file owners to the correct users now. Do you need to do that, or are you just wanting to regain access for the windows users?
