NAS104 4th drive installed. Now can not read that drive

Purchased the RN104 a year ago and had supplied 3 WD REDs as specified.  All worked fine. Problem was when installing a 4th after Admin page notified me I had reached 2.06 TB of 7.27 TB being free. Installed a 10TB WD Red after confirming Netgear listing of compatible drives. The ReadyNAS went through several days of "its stuff"  (sorry, I am not tech savy).  After all completed and then a new reboot, I find the 10 TB  not recoginised.  Any suggestions?  You will note from the attached image firmware is up to date.  Thank you.

So you had 3x4TB disks and added a 10TB disk to an empty drive bay?

What does the System > Volumes tab look like?

If you download your logs, what does your mdstat.log look like?

Whilst vertical expansion wouldn't take place till after a second 10TB disk has been added, you should still get horizontal expansion for adding a disk to an empty drive bay.
