Net gear account email needs changing as the current account email is invalid?

I tried changing the account email through the app, but was unable to change it as it wanted to verify it through the old email. My old email is no longer active, thus, I hit a deadend.

Can you try logging in my.netgear.com and see if you can change it there. Please update me thru PM.
