I decided to risk the $26 for the new power supply. Got it today and it started right up with the new power supply so case is solved. Bad power supply.

You might try doing a risk-buy of the power adapter, and see if that brings it back to life.
You might also get an inexpensive dock that supplies its own power (not powered over USB). Then try one disk at a time, and see if the disk is found Windows won't recognize the format, but the disk manager will see it. You can also try Toshiba's utility here:
I agree you should be cautious about moving all the disks to another NAS.

Thank you for the reply. I will see if Windows can see the disks as I do have a powered dock I can put them in. I will also try the Toshiba utility.
