I decided to risk the $26 for the new power supply. Got it today and it started right up with the new power supply so case is solved. Bad power supply.

Yeah I am going to have to agree with you there. I put in 4 known good 1 TB drives in place of the current 4 2 TB drives that were in it and still get nothing when plugging it in and turning it on. A new power brick would run me $26 + tax and if it does not work it would be a waste of money as I have nothing else where that 4 prong plug would fit. Not worth putting money into this thing that is well past 10 years old. Time to move on.
