Netgear ReadyNAS 4312V2

Hello Team, 

 

We are facing to access my shared folder. 

and need your support for the same.

    Note this is a user-to-user forum.  All ReadyNAS models are end-of-life, so there is no Netgear support for them.

     

    We need a lot more details on your problem.  For instance, 

    • Is this a home folder or a share?
    • What error are you getting?
    • Are you seeing any errors in the NAS web ui (or the log zip)?
    • What device are you using to access the folder?
    • Is this happening to other users or other shared folders?
    • Did something change that might have triggered the problem (for instance, a windows 11 upgrade)?

      And is the NAS AD integrated, or are you using NAS-only credentials?
