We need a lot more details on your problem. For instance,
- Is this a home folder or a share?
- What error are you getting?
- Are you seeing any errors in the NAS web ui (or the log zip)?
- What device are you using to access the folder?
- Is this happening to other users or other shared folders?
- Did something change that might have triggered the problem (for instance, a windows 11 upgrade)?

And is the NAS AD integrated, or are you using NAS-only credentials?
