It is windows.

I can se it but i cannot connect to it

    To connect to the shares, you first need to go into "turn windows features on or off" and enable the SMB 1 client.  Windows will give you a security warning, but you do need that client to reach your old NAS.

        Enter "turn windows features on or off" in the windows search bar, and launch the app.  Scroll down to this:

         

        Check the box for the SMB 1.0/CIFS client.  No need to check the other two.
