Is the NAS able to reach the internet? There should be an indication on the cloud page of the admin UI to tell you this.
- Yes it is able to reach the Internet.
I can click on update and it will download the update the reboot but it doesn't reboot it shuts down and I have to manually start it up thats why I went and downloaded the file to see what it says when try and use the manual update and I just get communication error
