Cannot Check/Update Firmware - Communication Error
Hi @netgear community,
I am running my ReadyNAS without issues, but noticed I am not able to check/update the firmware anymore, it gives me "Communication Error. Check your internet connection, DNS Settings, or proxy settings." This used to work, any there have been no changes on my end. Any ideas?

It's Netgear's issue. I've reported it to them, but they haven't responded. My guess is that they've taken down the update server.

It's Netgear's issue. I've reported it to them, but they haven't responded. My guess is that they've taken down the update server.
I'm running firmware 6.10.10 on my RN102 and getting the same problem.
The machine itself is running fine.I'm getting the same issue. ReadyNAS 104 with 6.10.10 running. Same error. No issues with system itself.
