Update RBR850 gives “firmware check error
When I want to update my router via the orbi app I always get the message that there is a problem checking firmware update. How can I solve this?
Beside this I find it rare that my satellites have never a device connected even when they’re a lot closer than the base station. Is this normal?

I did not try to update via the browser. I will try to do this

Its the device itself (phone/tablet/etc) that actually does the roaming. But the app doesn't always do the best job of showing what its connected to. Have you logged in through the browser and compared it online?- Firmware version: V4.6.3.16
