Network account access

Had to rebuild my pc and have lost all my account information.  The pc has been rebuilt Windwos 10 OS and I can see the ReadyNas under the network tab, when trying to access it I am asked to give a network login and password, which I don't recall setting up.  Can't access the unit but I believe the firmware is 6.0.  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

    Welcome to the Community!

     

    You can try using default admin credentials, which is admin for username and password for password?

     

    If that does not work, you can try doing the password recovery procedure. You may check the steps on this article.
