Newest NAS?

The only NAS that would be an upgrade from your ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition (RNDP6000-100) would be a ReadyNAS Pro 6 (RNDP6000-200). The main difference is that the Pro 6 has a faster CPU. Whilst the Pro 6 doesn't have USB3 some lower end models do. No ReadyNAS models have Thunderbolt or eSATA at this time.
As has been mentioned elsewhere you might want to see if anything new is announced at CES. CES 2013 runs from January 8 - 11 in the US.
