It'd be best to use paid netgear support for this. Though if you are skilled with the linux CLI, it is possible to boot the system in tech support mode and attempt to mount the volume manually.
Another option would be to connect the disks to a PC and try data recovery software. R-Studio or ReclaiMe are both possibilities; ReclaiMe is quite a bit more expensive. Both allow you do download them and see what can be recovered before purchase.

No manual for it, but I could provide some more info on how to get in.
Troubleshooting the problem would require more than that though, and the details depend on exactly what happened. Most likely there were pending writes in the NAS cache that were lost when the power failed, and that caused the array to go out of sync. There is a way to forceably mount the RAID disk, but there could be file system corruption as a result of the array being out of sync.
But another possibility is that a power surge might have damaged the disks. The web UI and RAIDar base their disk status what linux is seeing. Running diagnostics on the disks often gives different results. One thing you might also consider is powering down the NAS, and remove the disks (label by slot). Then test them in a Windows PC with vendor tools (seatools for seagate; lifeguard for western digital). Or if ssh is enabled on the NAS, you could go in with ssh and manually run a non-destructive long test with smartctl.

HI, I connected with PC and it shows as unallocated space in disk manager. also there are so logs of hard disk dead etc. i tried to get online help but that is not availible. I would try with segate tool and will update this thread here.

Windows doesn't understand the linux file systems.
Lifeguard and Seatools can still test the disks though. And the two data recovery tools I mentioned (R-Studio and ReclaiMe) should be able to see the data volume (as well as the OS partition that holds the logs).
