Hi ALL...
After water problem with my NAS RN4200, 32TB, I faced a corrupted software which solved by OS reinstall and restoring previously saved configuration, and another problem which is:
"No volume exists. Some menu options are available only if a valid volume exists."
with at least three disks dead...
there is no technical support in my country...so
any info will be helpful....
You could power down, remove the bad disks, put new disks in, do a factory reset (wipes all data, settings, everything) and restore your data from backup.

Then you may need to try a 3rd party data recovery company. Note data recovery may be unsuccessful and can be very expensive.
Another option would be to restore from backup (I hope you have one. You should always have copies of important data on multiple devices at different locations e.g. in case of water damage) to a new NAS.

thank you for your answer... unfortunately I didnt have a full backup of the NAS data.. but I have a backup of the most important data...
I want to ask bout the next step regarding my NAS device hardware.. without thinking of data recovery...
should I start change the unseenable or maybe damaged disks (as shown)...
while the disks are shown healthy in the other image....
