NV+ = Segate ES.2 vs. Constellation
Howdy folks, I have an NV+ (see signature below) that currently has three drives in it: Seagate Barracuda ES.2 / ST31000340NS I'm ready to expand and add a fourth drive, however the ES.2 drives have...

I know that the following questions are more personal/psychological, but you did it so I ask you:
Would you take the same risk (of the drive not running in the NV+)
a) with the newer Constellation ES.2 or ES.3?
b) with a mix of older 500GB drives and newer 2TB/3TB/4TB drives?
Which type of "challenges" you would expect?
I ask because, if it does NOT work, then I go get a newer NAS case (which I would need anyways) and are fine.
