NV+ NAS Webpage only showing 2 green HD circles
Hi All,
Pulled out my old ReadyNas NV+ for backups and put in 4x2TB hard drives.
Setting it up was fine but once done when loggin onto the web page it is only showing 2 hard drive lights at the bottom.
On the device itself all lights are fine.
When looking at the volume size it is correct and shows 4 drives with a volume size of 5500GB
Going to the health section you can see all drives with a green healty circle.
What is most important is that when I move the drive to another NV+ readynas you can see the 4 green circles at the bottom of the page.
I have also put in a diffrent 4x2TB hard drives with the same issue.
any help would be good.

Which firmware version are you running?
Which web browser and version are you running?
Have you tried clearing your web browser cache (e.g. Temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer), closing your web browser then reopening Frontview?

Sorry for the late response.... I was waiting for an email that someone has replied to my message but never recieved one.
I have cleard the Cache and also reset brower setting to default.
I have also tried 3 browers, Chrome,IE,Firefox.
I have used several diffrent computers.
All have the same issue.
I thought that it could be bad firmware on the device but my understanding of how these devices work is that they have the firmware on the device which is copied onto the hard drives when interlizing and from that stage on it uses the data on the hard drive. I can see all 4 green Icons when I move the these hard drive to another NV+ NAS......
Firmware: RAIDiator 4.1.14 [1.00a043]

You could try installing 4.1.14 over the top of itself doing a local update via System > Update > Local.
Perhaps also run the memory test boot menu option a few times
