NV+ Power Supply Failure Case#17378314
My power supply for my NV+ has died. My serial falls within the range of serials that have the reported issue with the PSU causing it to fail. I understand that there is a policy to replace these PSUs...

Same problem. Found this notice (and found it in my spam trap from 2007, as well). I'm an original owner and have my receipts, etc.
Anyone know the process for getting this fixed? I'm guessing it's the power supply - a good whiff of resistors burning and the unit won't power on.
