NV+ Power Supply Failure Case#17378314
My power supply for my NV+ has died. My serial falls within the range of serials that have the reported issue with the PSU causing it to fail. I understand that there is a policy to replace these PSUs...

Efroh and sepstein - I would recommend each of you open an on line Technical Support case and your own discussion thread in this forum. When you have the on line Case number, edit the first post in your own thread and post the case number at the end of the subject line just as justints has.
It appears that Amazon is currently out of stock as well as Netgear. This has been the case from time to time, and both do seem to get them back in stock. You best option at this point is to work with Tech Support. If the tech says there is no support for older units, ask to have the case escalated, as the Jedi have instructed them to replace the power supplies. Be sure to transfer the serial number over to the new unit. (It will always show up in Frontview, but you may need it when the unit is powered off sometime).
