NV+ Power Supply Failure Case#17378314
My power supply for my NV+ has died. My serial falls within the range of serials that have the reported issue with the PSU causing it to fail. I understand that there is a policy to replace these PSUs...
Firstly I have to say I had a PSU replaced by Netgear without any issues even though my nas was almost 4 years old. Very Impressed. But as of this morning the replacement unit has died. Whats the warranty on these replacement PSU's? ( Case No 17560699.) And should they fail?
