NV+ Power Supply Failure Case#17378314
My power supply for my NV+ has died. My serial falls within the range of serials that have the reported issue with the PSU causing it to fail. I understand that there is a policy to replace these PSUs...

AndrewL1963 - any mechanical, electrical or electromechanical device can and will fail. The question is not if, but when.
That said, it would be best if you opened your own discussion and posted your current case number at the end of the subject line. It is not possible for anyone to see your case number unless they open this unrelated thread and either read all the way through it or go to the last post. Most of the members of this forum are not Netgear employees, but users like yourself. If you have not opened an on line Tech Support case on this, do so, and post back in the new discussion the response you get.
