nv+ v1 or v2 or 104?
I'd appreciate anyone who can answer any of these questions. Please reply even if you know the answer to only one of the questions. I'm contemplating exchanging by new nv+ v2 (got it for $250) for ...

I thought the ultra is also known as the nv+ v1. My mistake.
But it's the Netgear RNDU4000, ReadyNAS Ultra 4 I'm referring to whether it'd be worth spending the extra $150 after returning the nv+ v2? Can you answer some of the questions I asked? I'd really appreciate it as help is so hard to come by for these products it seems. I also bought a 4th Red 3TB drive to add to the X-RAID2 I've created on the v2 but I don't want to open it yet if I'm going to try the RNDU4000 Ultra 4. I'm not sure how much performance increase (if any) I can expect by jumping from the v2 to the Ultra 4 when it comes to copying files to/from the nas to my pc over gigabit (currently only about 20 MB/s) and whether backing up from the nas to a usb3.0 (which I know the Ultra doesn't have so it'd be usb2.0 only) will get me better than usb1.1 speeds which I'm currently getting with the usb3.0 pivos xios media player I'm trying to copy from/to.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
