One USB port on NV+ has failed
It's the top port that suddenly stopped working.
Bottom port and front port continue to work fine.
I have two external USB 2 drives connected to the NAS for backup. I have verified the above symptoms by moving these drives among all the USB ports.
I assume this is a hardware issue. Are repairs possible?
