Only 2TB available
4 bay NAS - A & B have 1TB drives, C has a 4TB drive.
Data showing 1.66TB available.
This is XRAID... shouldn't I have around 5TB available at least?

Why does this surprise you? I already told you the capacity rule, and that this configuration would result in a 2 TB volume here: https://community.netgear.com/t5/New-ReadyNAS-Users-General/Need-assistance-on-RAID-drive-configuration/m-p/1744032#M36442 (My numbers there are TB - the NAS reports TiB, but mislabels the units. 2 TB is about 1.8 TiB).
