Power Supply Replacement

Thank-you VKGH and StephenB for your replies.
After much introspection and consulting with a hardware guy (I'm mostly a software guy administering his own servers and laptops), I decided to retire the ReadyNAS (it's been unused for quite awhile -- I was looking to repurpose it recently) and save my pennies for an up-to-date replacement. I could've probably done the modifications myself but I have higher priority (and less risky) items on my To-Do list. I've popped the drives to give to my hardware guy who has the equipment to verify that they're still good to use. The remander of the system will head to an electronics recycler.
It was good while it lasted, and thanks again to those that responded,
