Pretty tough to ask an email question...
I tried using IE (locked up, as usual), Chrome and Firefox to submit a question to Netgear Support. I get to the Serial Number Question and when I answer it the page looks like this:
Kind of hard to "Submit" when the bottom of the page is cut off.
I found another way to contact Support but this issue should be fixed.
