Problem while ping in pc
Sir i have a netgear nas model RN21200
While ping ip address only blank folder on window there is no data shown
After that we opened in chrome the whole device shown
What can i do to open my folder while ping

While ping ip address only blank folder on window
Ping just checks that the NAS is reachable, it does not access any data.
Can you give more info on that is wrong? Maybe some screenshots?
